Great restaurant! They made my birthday awesome! My dad is a very picky eater and they accommodated him no problems!! Our waiter was great and caring. Cannot wait to dine here again. We got the Lobster fingers app, tuna, shrimp, steak, and chef special.

This was our first time eating at the Grand Marlin! We ate outside and the view was beautiful Our server, Ramon, was amazing and recommended the Grouper! It was delicious We had Crispy Lobster Fingers – only thing wrong was there wasn’t more! I would’ve taken a picture but we ate them so fast!

I came here on a Monday on vacation with a party of 6 we had a reservation. No wait time. The food was amazing. The seafood Bloody Mary was good not my favorite tasting BMary but quite entertaining. The oysters were good but a tad milky and not salty due to the time of year. The blue angel chips was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Do get a round for the table. The fish piccata was great. The risotto was chefs kiss . Our server Ryan was a delight. The patio was so worth it!!! We have reservations for tonight so if that tells you anything. Go!

We were a group of 7 and were immediately seated on arrival… Our waiter was patient and walked us through the menu… It was very busy that night but our appetizers arrived super fast. Everyone lived their apps. It took a long time for the main entree to arrive so some folks went out to enjoy some live music at the bar outside. I had the grouper and i ate it all…. it’s a reasonable portion size that fills you up…

My husband and I had a great experience celebrating our wedding anniversary. Taylor was our server and she was top notch! The food was amazing. We also had the best seat in the restaurant overlooking the bay.

Didn’t love it but didn’t hate it; definitely wasn’t blown away by it. My husband and I were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Overpriced and definitely not worth it. Had reservations at 8, was not seated until after 830 ( why have reservations then?) There were at least 5 staff members hanging around talking while place was emptying out. So couldn’t say they were too busy or understaffed. Waited even longer for our food. Didn’t start eating until 930 so kids started falling asleep hungry. Salmon was dry and unappetizing, paid almost $30 for that. Crab bucatini was overly salty and lacked flavor and pretty much pasta with salty tomato sauce, can barely see crab, the crispy brussel sprouts were a huge disappointment. If you do it right you’re supposed to broil, not deep fry to the point where it’s burned and bitter then charge $14 for it. Calamari was very sour and more banana peppers fries than actual calamari. For a place that charges over $40 per entree I expect a lot more flavor, better presentation and service. I wouldn’t be happy with this food at half what they charge but would wt least let it slide due to location. Only went because friend gave great review but even she was extremely disappointed this time. Gave an additional star because server was nice and extremely apologetic and comped our drinks. Perhaps they can get away with running a business like this because there aren’t many restaurants around to compete but if money is getting tight in this economy, you can just support a small mom and pop restaurant or buy your own fresh seafood to cook and still taste 10 times better at a fraction of cost. I get most businesses are trying to cut corners during this time.. but it’s unforgivable to cut corners and raise prices and offer poor service.

My husband reserved a surprise dinner for our anniversary and this is how it turned out: We initially sat at the bar while we waited for our table to be ready. The drinks we had (Strawberry Mango Mojito & Berry Blast) barely had any alcohol in them, they were mostly juice, but they were good. I also had The Grand Marlin, and I was not a fan. After being seated, our waiter Bo was very attentive the whole night and had excellent recommendations. We tried their parmesan fries and crispy lobster fingers for starters and they were great, especially the sauce. The Grilled Mahi Mahi was the most delicious of all! However, my husband was told by the hostesses that the waiter was supposed to bring us dessert towards the end, for our anniversary. After receiving the check, my husband had to go ask why it wasn’t delivered. Our waiter apologized and shortly after, he delivered the Signature Praline Basket, which was really good. He offered to take our picture after dinner, which was very nice of him. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to going back!

Charles was great. The restaurant was booked out on open table, but they took my family of 3 right away as walk ins. We have been here numerous times, and we love it. Charles is a great and fun server. Be sure to ask for him! Thanks, Charles!

There is nothing like Pensacola Beach. I really love living here and I am absolutely in love with the food here. I have been to The Grand Marlin several times and I decided to bring my mom here to celebrate her 80th birthday! It’s such a beautiful thing to walk up the stairs to the restaurant, it’s actually located on the Bay side of Pensacola Beach, and the view is amazing.
