The bagels are small, didnt taste like a bagel. More like a roll. They don’t put butter or cream cheese. They toss packets in bag for you to put on yourself so they can save time to only overcharge next customer!!

I wouldn’t even give this place one star… I asked for an Italian Trio on Asiago to be custom ordered due to my allergies and the woman told me that she won’t make it and to just pick off the onion that I’m allergic to. She was rude beyond belief. All they will do is microwave the cold sandwiches which just makes them soggy and gross! Don’t eat here! And yes I told her about my allergic reaction to onions (even if I touch them to pick them off.) Besides all that they are expensive for what they offer in the cold case. You can make 5 of your own sandwiches and bring them with you for their prices. Extortion at its finest!

One star is being generous. Staff beyond rude. I told them my sandwich was cold and they said ok. So we asked to reheat and she after she reheated it she threw it on the counter aggressively to show she was bothered she had to correct. The food was gross
