I was with my best friend and her partner which may contribute to why my visit to The Green Bean will forever be ingrained in my heart, but I honestly think this coffee shop deserves so much recognition.

The owners should be extremely proud of the staff they’ve hired. Every single barista working here is amazing. So welcoming, kind, funny, and friendly. This is the kind of coffee shop you want in your community. Every interaction I’ve had here has been so positive and pleasant. If you want to start your day off in the best way, you should stop here. Honestly, any time of the day! Thanks GB staff!!

Update: This place is great (still). I recommend you come here and either get a hazelnut flat white or a Vanilla Oat Latte. Close to many great places and a railroad to add to the scenery.

This coffee shop has the best vibe and great coffee! They host wonderful events, comedy every month, open mics, and so much more. There is a ton of seating and it’s a very welcoming, LGBTQ+ friendly place. I love it here and want everyone to know how wonderful it is! Not a place to get food options, but they have coffee, tea, beer, and wine options.

I was happy to find this place today – inside the shop is comfortable, homey, and colorful, full of art and sunshine. You’ll feel right at home if you were ever that kid that hung out in the art teacher’s room during lunch in school. The coffee was tasty and full of flavor, and the cheese danish I got was huge and flaky, with just the right amount of powdered sugar in every bite. I’ll be back for more coffee for sure!

Wonderful laid-back vibe. Great cortado, generous whipped cream on the hot chocolate, lovely turmeric latte. Yummy baked goods from local bakeries. Baristas all friendly and quick, well- organized.

Cool artsy vibe, great spot to hang out or work! I visited here on my first trip to Greensboro, and was pleasantly surprised by how easy parking was downtown. The Ginger Turneric Latte was hands down the best golden milk type drink I’ve had anywhere. Friendly staff and solid music

I love this place! I was trying to surprise my wife for our 16th anniversary ans was searching high and low for a place to hold our cake. “The Green Bean” was the only place that came through on such short notice and they delivered, without them things could not have went as planned. Kyle was such a great help my wife had no clue and and was totally surprised. I can not say thank you enough to everyone who helped me achieve and accomplish this special surprise on our 16th anniversary

Plenty of space in prime real estate. Vibe is missing. Something to do with how the space is arranged. Espresso wasn’t bad. I think I prefer Tate’s coffee on Tate Street
