Bottom level is Green Owl. Food was awesome. Table by the lake awesome. Service for us good. Service for the 3 parties that came and then left because no one came out to great them…poor. One of those groups was 12 people. Parking was good. Had some duck friends for the meal and the late was quiet and peaceful.

First time in the Dells, looking for some “Good” wings. Found this place. Turns out the wings were excellent!! Especially for the price. Most places are way overpriced, but not here! Great tasting wings! Not huge, but perfect for price. Also, just so happened their pizza is absolutely fantastic as well. Ordered pizzas too! GREAT!! Highly recommend!!

We arrived shortly after 7 on a Sunday night. We first sat upstairs not realizing that wasn’t where we wanted to be. They transferred our tickets, as all we had was drinks, and we headed downstairs to The Green Owl. We were the only ones downstairs. We had a table of 12. The food came out in shifts. My son was completely done with his meal before half of us were served. Three of us ordered pizza and my pizza came out last at 8:55. By the time I got my pizza, the other 11 people were completely done eating. The server seemed to not be on top of things. Would get drink refills and not remember who they went to. Have good to the wrong people, not remembering who had what. Overall not a great experience 🙁

Atmosphere is wonderful !!! We sat outside right by the lake. It was NOT busy at all. There were 4 tables total (including us). Took 1 hour 30 mins from the time we sat until we got our pizza. We did not see our waiter for 50 min after ordering, I walked inside and there were 3 people in the restaurant the waiter looked at me and said “oh sorry, I can see it is ready. I will be out”. I went back to the the table and in 9 min he came out with our pizza. No plates, napkins or silverware. We must have looked confused because he asked us if we needed anything, and we said, plates, napkins and pepper. He said ok and walked away. We sat for another 8 min. I finally walked back inside. No staff were anywhere and there were 3 people in the inside sitting. The waiter came around the corner and said oh is something wrong. I said yes we are still waiting for plates etc. he said ok and went behind the bar and started cleaning water pitchers. I walked into the kitchen and took plates. 5 min later he came out with napkins, silverware and water. He said he was sorry for the wait but he was very busy with online orders. The pizza was ok. It was Luke warm, which made us think it had sat under a heat lamp for a while.

After reading the reviews and seeing the pictures of the establishment online we thought we would give the Green Owl a try. First thing that confused me when I walked in was the interior, it didn’t look like the photos online. After looking closer I realized that pictures that come up first on Google were from 2014. This bar has aged and could use a refresher, boxes are piled in the old waitress station, extension cords hang from the ceiling, the mirrors on the walls were filthy and the paint was just dirty.
