The Brisket BLTA came with unripened tomato, the thinnest slices of unripened avocado, and fatty – near meatless – brisket. Not impressed and won’t be back, no matter now pleasant the wait staff was. Too many better options within walking distance.

The food was good however I felt they are over priced especially the drinks, I didn’t like the drink and it was $12 . Also in the website they mentioned happy hour, saw reviews as well about happy hour prices and dishes in google but when we went there, the restaurant was empty and the reception said there is no happy hour. So if you are going for happy hour make sure to call and confirm whether they have it or not.

The worst sit down meal we ever had. Went there for Father’s day with the family. Sat down, they were not busy at all. Took appetizers order before the drinks. Got the drinks and the waitress didn’t ask us if we are ready to order. After waiting 30 minutes, I had to ask where is our waitress, the guy replied she is busy now I will take your order, that took another 35 minutes to get the food. I don’t know why, but two workers were doing shots at the bar. We should’ve left. Never again. I wish there is a 1/4 star for service. Absolutely the worst. I usually don’t post reviews but I had to in this case.

I made a reservation for a party of 20 between 4-7pm. I specifically mentioned we would be there between these time frames. On the day of the reservation, the manager told us that we needed to leave at 5:30 because they had another reservation at 6pm. Even though I explained the situation, he wasn’t helpful. I tried to communicate calmly but in general he was making aggressive explanations. We asked if they could arrange some seating inside, but he wasn’t willing to accommodate. At the end, we were seated outside. We enjoyed the food, our server Solane(hopefully I got her name correctly) was so nice and accommodating. She apologized for the situation even though it was not her mistake. I normally liked Greene Turtle but after this experience, I will never ever book another event or go there because of the behavior of the manager.

Sat and waited for 15 minutes and no one bothered to even come take our drink order. I would have given grace if they were busy but other than our table, they had one other table with two guest and 5 people at the bar. We got up and left. The hostess was very kind though and apologized for our experience.

Great menu options at average prices. Thai pork tacos had just the right amount of spiciness heat with sweet BBQ flavor. Portions are large and fulfilling. Kids menu choice of hotdogs were 2 mini dog sliders which were great, added a twist on the same ol hotog option. The hog hammers.. meat falls of the bone, tender and tasty. The loaded tots.. a great indulgence. Service was friendly, and the place was clean. For a quick easy bite to eat that’s simple yet tasty, this is the place to be. Great draft selections at reasonable prices.

This is my 3rd trip to this restaurant starting early in the pandemic. On my first trip we ordered take out and when we got home, we found out one meal was not included. I called the manager and he asked would I take a gift card to compensate for the value of the meal. I agreed. a few months later we ordered take out again and I couldn’t use the gift card online. When I picked up my food, we were told that you had to “pay at the restaurant to use the card. I wasn’t happy yet again. Tonight, we decided to again order take out and had to split the order in to two orders because you had to prepay for orders over $75 (our order was $120). We pre-paid one order and paid the second at the restaurant. The gift cards were refused. They stated, “we don’t use these anymore.” In addition, our order was not right again. No cole slaw with my $26 ribs. $16 burger was over cooked. Two orders of $15 crab dip had barely a dollop of dip and we were double charged for the Gluten free bun. There are much better restaurants in which to spend $120. The food was not as ordered and mediocre at best. We contacted management on the two previous occasions and got nowhere. Basically, a waste of time even though they keep writing that on responses to poor reviews.
