Had a great meal with my favorite Veteran at The Green Turtle . They had an awesome $13 off veterans discount for each of us! We had California chicken sandwich, Hog Hammers pork shanks, World Famous Crab dip, Gooey Monkey bread, and a slice of Smith Island cake!

I just ordered from here for the first time. It was kind of disappointing. The cheeseburgers are okay but Ive had better. The Crab dip is laughable. Where is the crab? It is mostly cheese and old bay. I only got half of a small cup of dip for $14.99.

We had a very large group meet there for lunch. Our server, DJ, was awesome! The food was great…the menu has something for everyone. I already have two favorites I’ll definitely order again. It would’ve been nice to have two servers for such a big group (24), but I have to say DJ handled everything very well.

I’m giving it a 4/5. The waitress was new, but she was very nice (probably the friendliest waitstaff I’ve had in a very long time) and helped accommodate us with a larger booth for our family member who needed it. The interior is kind-of sparce. I guess it’s supposed to be like an industrial style. Not much ambiance, especially if you previously went here when it was the other restaurant brand (not sure if I’m allowed to say the name here). At least the AC was working well, and basically nobody was there at the time we went midday on a weekday.

Food is not what I go here for but is acceptable. Drinks are acceptable as well. Some of the bartenders are not customer service oriented, so it is a hit or miss with who you have. Most of the wait staff are friendly. The atmosphere is fun if you have a larger group of people or are looking for live entertainment when it is scheduled. I don’t expect much when dining here but I will go if the party location calls for it. I would recommend for a quick drink stop or a quick bar snack.

They always get it right. All of our orders have been via Door Dash. We’ve ordered from this place quite often since they’ve opened locally. No major complaints overall. 90% of the time food has been great, we understand COVID has changed the context of certain foods. Just wish they would allow special requests for certain items. Specifically the removal of cole slaw or put a lid on it so it’s not all over the container.

Bad from beginning to end. First was seated at a table, where on one side, the seat was full of water. I switched chairs with a nearby table and kept going. Turns out that the chair was wet because the vent above, leaks water and dripped water on my head and the table every 60 seconds or so. Ordered shrimp basket for meal. They were so over cooked that cutting it open with a knife, you still couldn’t find any “meat” as it was crispy and dried out through and through. Under a small layer of the frys you found about a half a pound of crumbs that I assume came from them cleaning out the bottom of the fryer after cleaning out the bottom of the bag, and dumped it in my basket. We saw the waiter only once after getting our food. Once we were done eating, we sat and waited about 10-15 more minutes as our waitress was nowhere to be found. Horrible experience, horrible food, horrible people.

I had terrible service here on 3 visits in a row, bartenders ignoring patrons even though it wasn’t busy. Vowed to never come back, even though I can walk here from work. Only gave this location a 2nd chance because Candice, a bartender I know from other establishments started working there. Her service is impeccable. She also successfully promoted this business. I will not return now that she is not there. I’ve worked for restaurants in the past that didn’t treat their employees well. Will never knowingly support an establishment that does not support their hard working employees. Restaurant management needs to get it through their thick skulls that restaurants everywhere are desperate for workers, we workers are not tolerating the abuse anymore.

Tonight was the first time my husband and I went to The Green Turtle, first of all I want to say our server, Paola, was a fantastic server, she did the best with a great attitude under the circumstances that we had to deal with. We ordered the crab dip, there’s no crab whatsoever in it, just cheese and old bay and grease! He ordered soup that came out cold, his fish and chips were good, I ordered cheesesteak, with onions, couldn’t get a different cheese and asked if they could add green peppers and was told no after Paola asked the chef and it came out cold. This place is expensive for terrible food, we won’t be back….Paola needs a raise because I’m sure not everyone is a civil complainer to her…. Will not recommend coming back here again We we’re here on a Saturday night around 6:30, and the restaurant was only 20-30% full, that speaks volumes for how bad the food is…….
