Ordered a small cheesesteak today. They really put the emphasis on “small”. I’ve had a lot of cheesesteaks over the years being around Philly, but this was a brand new experience for me. The sandwich was around 8 dollars, and was less filling than a bologna sandwich. Very disappointed.

One of the better sandwich spots in Lancaster. It’s connected to a beer shop right off of Fruitville Pike. Try to look at the menu before you go because it’s massive. There is something for everyone. I never had a bad meal here.

Wonderful service, lots of inside and outside seating. The chessesteaks are amazing and they even have whiz to make it more authentic! It was a great experience, especially the young gentleman who was working at the register and brought us our food. I was not only impressed with how clean the dining area was, but the bathrooms were extremely clean too (an added bonus with a 3 year old with a small bladder.) Another huge bonus was the fact it is wheelchair accessible which made it very convenient for my aunt to be with all of us! Overall great experience and highly recommended!

Large selection of hot and cold sandwiches along with a kids menu. The food was very good and came out fast. The place is clean and modern. Touch free juke box available for tunes. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Nice staff. Grab a menu, the menu on the wall is kinda big with small font.

My boyfriend is new in town and decided to check out this place for lunch per my recommendation. Upon entering, he needed a minute to process the menu. The woman at the counter offered him a suggestion to which he agreed and asked for one special request (to have an item in the order on the side). After the order was placed, he was verbally ambushed by a cook from the back scorning him for asking to have the requested item on the side. This took place in front of a multitude of other customers which was embarrassing to my boyfriend. He chose to leave and never received a refund or an apology. I firmly regret my recommendation to send him here. As a small business owner myself, I would be absolutely ashamed to treat my respectful, paying customers with such irrational anger. I highly recommend going to another establishment for your sandwich needs until these employees fix their attitudes.

The food was great. Would have given them five stars if the counter lady wasn’t so slow and we had to repeat things to her several times and she still messed My youngest daughter order even after she repeated to her three times. It wasn’t a big change. It was a simple no tomato on the sandwich. Mind you, there was no one else in the store other than our party. Other than it taking a long time to order it was a nice place and I would return.

I was looking for a conveniently located cheesesteak for my visit from out of state and this hit the spot! In addition to great customer service, the food was delicious! It’s hard to describe fast food as fresh, but it was. I had a small cheesesteak (7”) with “eat-in fries” (smaller portion if you’re not super hungry), and it was the perfect amount. 10/10 would recommend!

Talk about a huge amount of different subs and sandwich options. Almost too many to look at once, not that that’s a bad thing! The Buffalo Chicken wrap I got was awesome and their fries were just a good. Would definitely visit again. Plus they’re BYOB and the Beer and Beverage Shop that they’re connected to has a great selection of beer to choose from so it’s a win/win.
