My husband, son and I dined on a Friday night in January. Kevin our bartender/waiter made the best Tequila Bloody Mary; the way that I make it at home is different but he put a wonderful spin on the ingredients. I ordered the medium rare flank steak (cooked to perfection) with pasta, absolutely delicious with just the right amount of pesto sauce. One of best meals I’ve had in a long time; the ambiance is perfect.

just left went to chesapeake city all the restaurants were very busy so we went to the grill. we have been there before and enjoyed ourselves. tonight was the worst experience i have ever had. must be why they were not busy. it was trivia night. so loud we couldn’t talk to each other at the bar, and i don’t mind a loud bar. the wings were good. however, the bar had very loud music and then trivia was defining. at the bar we literally had to yell to each other, couldn’t wait to leave. We wanted to have a full dinner and drinks. Had a app and could leave soon enough. they should rethink what they are doing the other restaurants were packed. dark parking lot and lousy atmosphere. did call to talk to the manger but he was unavailable, probably couldn’t hear the request. AVOID!!!

Amazing food! My boyfriend and I Had the coconut fried scallops, seafood bisque and he had the surf and turf steak was AMAZING I had portabello filet. Steak was pretty good but mushrooms were to die for. And the desserts were DECADENT. Service was wonderful and had a fire going with lovely country music. Will be sure to come back soon!

1st time at The Grille at Back Creek and we went to get dinner with the family. The service was great, the drinks were fast and the food was amazing. Atmosphere was very cozy. We will definitely be back! Our waitresses Renee was on point and friendly!!
