Quality Service
So I gave them two stars because two out of five of the things that we got we’re good. The strawberry cake was very good. my breakfast sandwich was good. Rice was mushy and had way to much butter. The fried potatoes were good but was more mashed than fried. The salmon croquettes were greasy and kind of tasted like flat fish bread. the eggs were ok. I’d love to come back and try the fried chicken and blackened salmon. We spent about $45.

We had breakfast 2 days in a row and loved it! Pancakes are the best we have had in Indy. Deep fried croissant french toast was my favorite. Fried potatoes and onions were perfectly done and well seasoned. Bacon was just the way I like it. The people and service were great. We visited on consecutive days and were greeted like old friends on our second visit. If you want a great breakfast in a clean and friendly restaurant in Indy, I highly recommend The Grub House.

I got the taco salad. Presentation wise it looked amazing. What I didn’t like was the meat taste too sweet for my liking. Other than that my co worker were very please with their fried tenderloin and fries.

We had a groupon it was about to expire. So we went for breakfast saturday morning and for lunch later that day. My husband had the breakfast sandwich he said was really good. I had the biscuts and gravy. It was ok. Not what I like but I’m sure other people would like it. We came back for lunch. The lady there gave us some free cinnamon fried biscuits and apple butter. Was nice, and my husband had the fried chicken breast and fries said was good and I had the chicken philly with side salad with French and ranch (pictured) it was really good.

Overcharges from advertised pricing and gets mad when you ask for included side and correct pricing. Attacks the customer when questioned on their own menu and just super rude. Would never ever come here. If you do-make sure your bill is correct. Horrible behavior from a fellow small business owner. Sad to see it.

ordered on 06/16/2023. Fried chicken, cabbage and mac and cheese. Chicken was very crispy on outside pink on inside, mac and cheese dissolved in my mouth with no taste Cabbage was ok. It was not worth the money and ruined my lunch. usually its on point.

I had the Cam Burger it was delicious and messy, messy being a good thing. They had the option to have in wrapped in lettuce which for me was a plus. I am trying to cut out breads and pastas. I normally don’t eat all my fries, but they were layered from the sauce in my burger and went really well together. Lastly I got peach cobbler I’d give an 8 out 10 I would’ve liked to see a scoop of vanilla ice-cream served with it. Overall very good customer service, food, will come back again.
