My recent experience at Gyro Hut left much to be desired. First and foremost, I couldn’t help but notice that the staff behind the counter weren’t wearing gloves while handling the food. This lack of hygiene is a serious concern, especially in a restaurant setting.

More seasoned food hitting Franklin Square! The food is super tasty. The name can be deceiving as this is Indian, not Greek food. The gyro is amazing. The chicken Tikka is so good. The staff is friendly. The wait time is not long for to-go orders. Will be coming back often.

We had an amazing Dinner here. Finally we found a weekend hangout place in the area. We ordered Dosa and some grilled dishes from Chef specials, the test was awesome. Must recommend to try. The place having pleasant entertainment and order came out quick. Lots of healthy, vegan and vegetarian options are available.

As a neighbor who likes to support new businesses in the community, we ordered food worth $136, the food wasn’t that great but what made me write this review is not much about the food but rather their billing service. On May 8th, my daughters picked up the food, the total was $136 but when we received the credit card statement it showed the cost was $147.10, I called the manager, and he said his name was Nick, I am pretty sure it’s something else. He asked me to come into the store with the receipt, which I did. He said he can’t do anything as it was a credit card transaction but took a picture of the statement activity and the original receipt, he said he will call me back on Monday as I went into the restaurant personally on a Saturday. Today is a week later, in the meantime, I called the restaurant a few times but someone else picks up and states that Nick is not there. I generally don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, I am not worried so much about my $11 but the principle and ethics behind it. He runs a business and should be concerned about customer satisfaction. Will never go back to this restaurant, to the customers, KEEP COPY OF THE RECEIPTS AND COMPARE them WITH TRANSACTIONS
