The food is too expensive for the quality/service. The burger looked horrible and tasted subpar to cost almost $14. Not to mention I had to wait 12 min for my food when I was the only one in line. Horrible experience and will not be returning

I got the cheeseburger, It was absolutely delicious period cooked perfectly. The fries were amazing and hot. Remind me of the French fries we used to get At the neighborhood swimming pool Fifty years ago.

A nice new place in Sumter, surprisingly large inside. The employees were super nice and helpful. The burgers, of course, were the specialty and it was a pretty good example of a high quality burger. Awesome patty and fresh crunchy veggies. Very reminiscent of Five Guys and the prices are comparable as well. Not a bad place for a $12 and up burger and fries.

Customer service at the window was okay BUT the advertised free sandwich beef burger was not cooked.. it was pouring down rain and there was no way to prevent from getting wet when going through the drive through

The burger was good. Was it the best I’ve ever had? No, but I didn’t expect it to be nor do I expect it to be at any chain restaurant. The fries were good also and had a Wendy’s vibe to them with the size & texture (maybe a little too much salt). However, I’d pass on the chicken bites. I ordered the side of five and some of them weren’t cooked all the way through (not raw just not completely done). The touch-screens to order yourself are a nice touch, but the two working were very dirty during my visit. Recommend cleaning them more often and having wipes for people to wipe them down. Lastly, do not go here if you expect McDonald’s two-cheeseburger meal prices because you’re going to spend $12-15 per person if you get a combo with fries & drink.
