This was our first time eating here, Santiago was running the register and he did a great job describing the menu and giving his recommendations. I had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was great and honestly it looked better than the picture when I got it. My girlfriend had the teriyaki char and she enjoyed that as well. They don’t have Dr Pepper, but that is honestly a minor thing.

Love to eat at Habit. This visit was not the best. 2 #1 combos switching 1 order of fries for onion rings came to $32. Wow! Told the cashier that wasn’t right and she insisted it was. Ended up being charged double for the onion rings. I noticed other people with errors also. Food was good. Fries were a bit overcooked. I do not like the electronic order takers. So impersonal. Could due without. 🙁

Are you kidding me? If you let them take your order instead of the kiosk, there is a $2.50 service fee. I did not see it documented and it is an issue for the AG. Plus they expect you to tip for counter service.

I came for a late lunch and ordered the Santa Barbara Char. It was a large sandwich with two patties, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, pickles and mayo, served on toasted sourdough bread for about $9. The onion rings and soda were extra. All the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The avocado was fresh and sliced. It’s a large sandwich and requires a big appetite. I was not able to finish it all, even though it was very delicious. If you have problems with opening your jaw wide, do not order this burger. lol. The restaurant is clean and the service is excellent. Both the burger and the rings met expectations and were worth the price.

It’s basically burgers and fries, but you can get a veggie burger, chicken salad, shakes are also on the menu. Clean location, and great burgers. It just opened, and they have it well organized, so I’m guessing it will still be yummy in the future.

Prices were crazy high. The wait was super long (over 10 mins) to only watch the kids cleaning. No option to skip a tip, my husband ended up leaving a 7 dollar tip without realizing. 50 dollars for high priced fast food to wait 15 mins in a drive thru? Pass .

Service & food disappointing at the Sunset location. You have to stand at the counter a long time and even though they see you there, they don’t come over to help. Got wrong salad dressing, it was painful to try and get it fixed. Then cobb salad was not good, didn’t even eat a third of it. Chicken sandwich was also off. We have enjoyed the Habit on River Rd for years, great service & food at that location. Too bad Sunset isn’t up to par.
