I had an awful experience on Sunday the 18th. I did drive thru and the young lady working was absolutely terrible. I asked if I could swap green beans instead of fries for my order. I’m not sure why that upset her. Her attitude was rude, constant eye rolling, plus she called me out my name twice. She gave me my drink and laughed, (I didn’t think anything of it). I told her to have a better day. I get home and see this bug in my drink. I’ve filled out the online form AND called corporate numerous of times with no assistance. Completely unacceptable & disgusting.

My husband and I frequent The Habit, maybe about once a month. I usually order the Char, no cheese, with grilled onions. I wanted to try something different, so I ordered the Impossible Burger. I was very disappointed. It had a microwaved patty texture, was lukewarm, and not firm. It was almost soggy, if that makes sense. The fried green beans are always tasty, though. Make sure to get them with Ranch.

I’ve been to this location many times and haven’t had a problem once. My last experience I did wait for the Ahi Tuna Salad slightly longer then usual but it’s ok because that pescado was made FRESH sshhooowwww!! My one & only complaint is that for such a little salad I got such a huge takeout bag (as you can see in the photos) especially in a time when I believe companies should be more conscientious about their carbon footprint. All in all good food with service to match!

I know it’s bugers, although if you offer other options, they should taste good too. The crispy chicken sandwich was so dried out that we couldn’t eat it. Yuck!!! The lettuce and tomato were wilted and brown. The cheese burger was good. Too bad we were on the road, or we would’ve gone back!!!!

This chain how’s gone down hill. This location was terrible. Employees were kinda rude. Fries were burnt and the burger was soggy. I eat burgers just about every day and the last few times I have been to the habit, all different locations, it has been disappointing. It use to be one of my favorite burger spots. I think I’m completely done with them.

Really nice inside and out, it’s fresh and the employees are really nice. Doesn’t take too long for food to arrive, and its really worth it’s price. I recommend trying the strawberry milkshake, it tastes so amazing.

Overall this location was a good experience. The drive thru wait was a bit long (as expected because it recently opened/ lunch rush hour), I had about 10 cars in front of me and the wait was around 15 min. The look and design of the building is very modern and clean. The food looks and smells great! The bun is crispy and the fries are fresh. Customer Service for both ordering and receiving the food was friendly and helpful. Thanks for being in our neighborhood!

The Habit, where your online order is just a suggestion to the staff. They had it in writing and couldn’t get it right. Salad dressing was wrong, sauce for the chicken was wrong. You want extra tomatoes on your salad? it may say so on the order but we don’t care!! Don’t want napkins? We don’t care, in fact we’ll make sure the napkins melt into the parmesan on the fries so the fries are inedible.
