My very first time trying Habit Burger! I had the steak sandwich with fries. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was very good and cooked to order. I’ll definitely go back. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the prices are a little high and there is no loyalty program in their app.

Fresh food is the best part of the menu. Everything is cooked to order. The kiosk makes it easy. Or oder online. The newest addition to the Habit is the Banana wafer shake and spicy green beans. They have a great variety from burgers to salad to Ahi tuna.

Yeah wow, this is much better than In-N-Out, no competition. The option of the Wheat bun I much prefer as well. I am still left sitting here clutching my chest because hot darn that is some greasey food, but when that is what you are craving then definitely this is the Fastfood place I would come back too. I don’t know why my mates rave about In-N-Out, actually no I do, it is because they haven’t had a Habit.

So first time trying it and they get my order wrong through the drive thru. Burger was not what i ordered…. drink wasnt what i ordered… the only thing they got right was the greenbeens and i think the only reason they got that was cause im sure thats what most people ordered. First impressions are not good. I was looking forward to a teriyaki burger and got some kind of mushroom one.

I love the Habit overall… and I hate writing bad reviews. BUT ownership and corp need to pay attn. April 8th 8:30 at night my girlfriend and I went in for dinner… We were told that we had to use Kiosk to order. We placed and waited and food came up in normal time. Girlfriend burgers had mayo when it wasn’t supposed to. Not a big deal she went up and asked them to remake it. The girl needed to check receipt to see if we ordered wrong? We showed receipt and it said “no mayo”… they say they will remake.. We eat the rest of the food and after 10 min with no burger I go up to check. Behind the center island at the grill the female worker (i believe manager) and the cook exchange words. He is frustrated and she looks at me and says we are understaffed. To which I reply “thats not my problem”. Then the male cook looks at me and yells across the kitchen… “what do you want” I said “i want the burger the way its on the receipt” then another girl comes over and rudely says “Do you just want your money back…..” I replied. “No i just want you guys to do your job” and i went back to my table and started getting our stuff ready to leave. The manager comes over with a burger as we are walking out… I asked her.. “after the cooks attitude do you really think we would eat that burger… Again she says… “we are understaffed” and I again point out thats not my problem. she set the burger down and says “I don’t need to take this”… and walks away. And we leave.

My fries only had, like, 8 fries in the little carton. The front end guy didn’t even ask if I wanted any sauce. He just said “Here,” shoved the bag at me, then closed the window. Rude.
