Walked in and wasn’t greeted. We stood there for a few minutes and finally just ordered at the machine. Waited for awhile for our food, I went up to check because it was a few minutes after it said it was going to be ready and the girl gave me attitude. They’re not busy, I don’t know why she did that lol. My impossible burger was overdone and crispy and my fries weren’t very hot for how long we were waiting. I would order through the drive-thru, much better service.

Habit is always good but the one on Hacienda just off the 78 is awful when it comes to service. They don’t even really take orders anymore. They have a self service screen for that. No one stands at the front anyway.

The double charburger was delicious. I enjoyed the toasted buns. The fries were good too. I ate them with the ranch, spicy boom sauce, and BBQ. I would say the first two are my favorite. Also, the strawberry limeade was refreshing and a good accompaniment to wash things down.

Burgers and fries are delicious. The restaurant decor is modern. All of the menus are digital. The dining area is clean enough, but not great if they’re busy. The prices are on the higher side of fast food burger restaurants.

Awesome service! Order a charburger salted caramel shake and asked if they could cut the charburger in half to split between two people. In addition to splitting the charburger and putting on two separate plates, they also split the milkshake and put it into two separate styrofoam cups without being out. Staff were very friendly!

The only reason I went there is because I had a $10gift card. I got the No#2 . Double patties hamburger with fries and a drink. Cheese was extra. The whole thing cost $15.49. I used my gift card. I had to pay $5:49. The burger was ok, nothing special. The fries was crunchy. There was a variety of non soda drink to choose from. All in all. There was nothing special about this place. Just a basic overpriced hamburger joint.
