Amazing food! I had the Santa Barabara char (pictured). One of the best burgers on the planet. Onion rings with ranch is pure heaven. If I was on death row, this would be my last meal. I’ve had the regular char, double char, salads, and shakes and they are delicious also! Everything on the menu here is great. The food is made after you order it, so the service is slower than fast food places. But the wait is worth it.

Wow. I use to love this place. Haven’t been in a awhile, so I thought I would treat my grandson. Fries were cold and when asked for fresh ones, they give attitude. The staff at this location is less than friendly. The burger was so salty, I tossed it. We will not be back.

Placed an order for a salad and they didn’t add the usually dressing but they did add three sides of barbecue sauce and then put a bunch of bbq sauce on top. Why that made sense to anyone I have no clue if that wasn’t under the instructions for the order. Customer service suggested I drive 15min back from work on my lunch break to get a side of dressing and offered no other resolution. Seems like there’s always an issue with their online ordering system.

Can be really good at times. Other times you’re eating or leaving this place with undercooked fries and hamburgers. 20$ to not even finish the meal because the fries weren’t Cooked enough and the hamburgers are undercooked with pink ughhhhhh so disappointed.
