The place was clean, the food was good, and the wait wasn’t very long. I think the customer service was what makes this particular Habit get 5 stars. The gentleman who took my order was great. I don’t know if he was the manager… but if he wasn’t, he should be considered for the position. He was quick and courteous and even made sure to check and see what sauce my son wanted for his chicken pieces. He executed our order in an extremely professional manner from beginning to end. And while eating, I noticed he did the same with every other customer that came in. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars for the atmosphere was due to the broken door in the dining area… the one that kept opening every other minute, just slight enough for the air curtain to go on and off… and on and off and on and off …. Not the most comfortable way to dine on some tasty food, to say the least. That said, having faith that the door will be fixed soon, I will definitely be back.

Good burger and the onions rings were absolutely delicious. I don’t eat many fries, but these were really good for a change. Glad I tried this place out!!

This is our first time at this location and we will definitely be back! Service could not have been friendlier. Our order was perfect and came out super fast! Our charburger and ahi tuna sandwich were perfect. Exactly as they should be. And my tempura green beans were absolute perfection. Just crispy enough without being over cooked.

Because Habit Burger is new to Cathedral City, we wanted to try it out. Overall, we had a good experience, although service was a little slow on a Friday night. We went into the restaurant to order so we could peruse the menu without having to rush. Although there was touch-screen ordering, it wasn’t working. So, we ordered at the counter. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The burgers were good, although they’re on the more expensive side. Two burgers and an order of onion rings was $20. We took the food home, so we didn’t order any drinks, although the shakes look tempting. We’ll likely come again to try some different combinations.

No, it wasn’t the BEST burger I’ve ever had. BUT it was delicious, and made to perfection. EXACTLY the way I ordered it. GREAT taste, not like some precooked FROZEN Patty, tosssed on a grill.

sorry to report that this location gets one star…and that is stretching it. From the time I ordered a hamburger and fries, it took exactly 1/2 hour before I got up and asked for my money back.

A step up from McD’s, J-I-B, and BK, but the increase in price does not even match the ample servings at other cafeteria-style or buffet sit-down restaurants which charge the same price. Don’t get me wrong, the burgers are good and the service is great, but The Habbit Burger Grill served a stingey portion of french fries, which was a disappointment to my eyes and stomach… Are we in France, where they serve small portions on your plate?

Way above average burgers and sandwiches. Everything always tastes fresh and the place seems very clean. Our go to place for this type of food.
