Ordered a plain cheeseburger and received one with everything. See photo of burger and receipt. Was too sick and tired to take it back and there is no way to call them for a refund. I tried contacting customer service through their website and never received a reply. Their food is good if they get your order right but at least half of the time something is wrong with our order.

Visited The Habit for a dinner bite. Couldn’t think of something good but different for dinner and we usually don’t get to The Habit very often. You cannot go wrong with the Santa Barbara Char, and I tried the green beans this time instead of fries and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was great and my green beans did not disappoint. Ordered curbside, waited 20+ minutes. Went inside to see what was up–food was on the counter collecting dust. Paid $1.50 for extra sauces and got not ONE. (Not even the ones that are included with the meal)

Burger was good as were the fries. A word of caution to my fellow senior citizens. Think twice about going here. It’s always busy, and without a lot of time left you might want to spend it doing something other than standing in line.

I never write reviews but this is my second awful experience at La Quinta Habit in the last month. Ordered on the app, arrived approx 15 mins after ordered. Waiting another 20 minutes, so food took over 35 mins and then was terrible. Dry burgers, cold fries. Other customers were also complaining and asking for refunds! Hopefully Habit corporate can fix this location because it’s definitely not like the other Habits in So Cal.

Worst experience ever! Almost everything in my order was wrong. To begin with, I had to wait an hour for my order. A bit ridiculous. Then when I got my order part of my order was missing and they didn’t even bother to tell me. When I told them, they just said they ran out and expected me just to accept it when it was something I paid extra for. Finally when I asked if I would get a refund is when he suggested a replacement. I ordered fried green beans and only received a half order of them. Super disappointed since they are my favorite. Once I settled down to eat I was once again disappointed to find my bun completely burnt and honestly not edible. Wasted money and food.
