This is probably the best Habit Burger Grill that I’ve been to. Everything came exactly as ordered. Items seemed to be prepared with more care than other locations. I always enjoy my trips to the Habit. This was my first visit to this location. The restaurant was clean and well designed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I tried the Cubano burger and spicy beans. The burger was good with lots of meat. I would rate it about 7/10. The beans were ok. They’re just the regular Tempura beans with a red pepper sauce. I don’t usually care for the beans but these were a step up. I’d give them 5/10. My favorite is still the tuna sandwich.

Second visit and the food is amazing! The staff are super courteous and the place is clean. I like it. However, they had some cheap lids for the combo plates and I had a feeling they were not going to last since they were too shallow for the cup lip. I told them so. Anyway, I jinxed myself bcuz when I got to my car the whole thing full of soda fell all over me, my phones, and my car! Not cool.

Food was hot and fresh and the burgers were better than some of the other habits I’ve been too. I was used to Habit burgers being a bit greasy but these weren’t at all. I got a double char and sweet potato fries. The fries were a little overdone for my liking but overall the food and staff were great. Will be returning when I want a quick burger.

Average fast food place from the outside but I found the teriyaki hamburger my wife got and the charbroiled hamburger I got to be very tasty a lot better than expected. If I lived in that area I would definitely go back. Enjoy!!!

Good food horrible experience, I have had good luck with the habit locations I have visited in Arizona and California, but that streak stops in Atwater. I have already taken the time to complain to corporate because if this “policy” is true then it’s one of the weirdest ones I have heard of. Let’s say you place an order online for Starbucks coffee, you indicate that you’re coming in to pick up the coffee but then you change your mind and go to the drive-thru, now I have done this in the past with absolutely no issues at all they just move the order from the customer pickup and bring it to the drive-thru window without any incident. I was pleasantly shocked by the lady working the drive-thru that was very short and dismissive of my issue in at one point stop talking and that prompted me to drive up to the window and have to wait for someone to speak to me. Please help me understand why do you place an order online that is paid for, and if you want to pick it up in the Drive-Thru window they deny you that because it’s “company policy”. Well never knew flexibility was a problem for receiving a paid order, I’m not unber eats or GrubHub, I’m the actual customer who ordered and paid on his app and came to pick up his food. I can say after thoroughly inspecting our food it was of good quality is always, but the disappointing customer service experience really put a dark cloud over the entire experience. Please let your customers pick up their paid orders without any drama, we came for food not theatrics.
