Ordered a double & single barbeque bacon burger. The double was extremely dry & hard to chew. The single had way too much barbecue sauce to the point you couldn’t taste the beef. Left a staff tip while ordering & still received my order screwed up. We just left and didn’t even bother to complain. I personally thought they wouldn’t do anything about it anyways.

I got the jalapeño char burger, and my wife got the Santa Barbara char burger. Mine was good; I liked the jalapeño mustard. I’d prefer fresh jalapeños over pickled, but they were still okay. My wife says her Santa Barbara burger was “great” and would order it again.

Ordering is a bottleneck and there’s nowhere to wait. Maybe you can order at register… if one of the kiosks aren’t broken you can try that, but there’s no room to wait in line and no way to know what you’re in line for when it’s busy.
