I’ve never ordered anything that wasn’t good from this location. My favorite is the crispy chicken sandwich, and the bacon bb char burger is equally delicious. My husband always enjoys the grilled chicken sandwich. Today, we decided to try the banana wafer shake, and it was absolutely delicious. We’ve been assisted by Johnathan on multiple occasions, and I must say, he provides the best customer service ever.

Love the food options here. Instead of fries you can get green beans. Their vegan burger is fantastic. Even their regular burger rival In & Out burgers. You do have a longer wait sometimes, but it’s well worth it.

This is the first Habit I’ve seen with a drive through. The open air kitchen is huge with sparkling stainless steel everywhere. The dining room looks pretty cool with am open ceiling and exposed ventilation. The restaurant looks super clean. The cashier was chill but got our order wrong. They offered to remake the food but I didn’t want to waste the food for something minor so we just ate it. The food tasted good, but it just wasn’t what we wanted that night. Very clean restrooms too.

I asked for a shake with my kids meal. The staff informed me there would be a $2 up charge for it. I agreed and said it was okay. When I got to the window the staff was rude and rushing. I asked her why my shake was so small when I asked for a regular sized. She instantly got defensive and started to raise her voice and hit her fist into her hand. I explained to her that I would pay the difference even though I’ve already paid the up-charge fee, which was in fact $3.99 not $2 and she continued to speak over me. When I asked for the manager she again raised her voice saying she was the manager. She then walked away from the window saying she was going to make another one. Again, I offered to pay the difference even after being up charged incorrectly. We waited another 6 mins for this shake and another staff member came to the window with it. She was never to be seen again.

This place deserves less than one star. I tried to go here a few times to give it a chance but this will be my last time at this location. Our buns on our burger were burnt, grilled onions burnt. Our grilled chicken on our sandwiches burnt and dry. What makes thats ok to serve people. I just don’t understand.
