The Habit offers a solid burger with quality ingredients. The fresh beef, pressed after being ordered, grilled onions, and thick creamy cheese stood out the most for me. I was drawn to their lemonades which were very good. Don’t forget to ask for the ranch for your fries. The atmosphere is fast casual and prices are similar to other local burger option. Their quality ingredients set the apart.

I ordered 3 beef burgers, and all of them were raw they apparently can’t do refunds inside the store and so I had to get a number for a corporate representative but the number didn’t work so then they had to give me an email and I find the whole experience be a tad bit annoying that they couldn’t just give me my money back inside the store , especially when other stores can do credit card refunds inside their locations. They did offer to remake the burgers but at that point my trust in their ability is eroded and i write this review somberly as I used to enjoy eating here.

I was shocked at the food I received when I went a few days ago… I ordered a Santa Barbara char which is supposed to have 2 patties. They put one patty and a tiny end of a patty on to make it look like 2 patties. I couldn’t believe it . I’m pretty sure I can tell that you didn’t actually give me two patties. I also received about 10 fries in my order. It seemed like they were just skimping out big time? So weird. I usually love the habit!

I’ve never been here before, but it was right down the road from a VR Omni Arena gaming platform I was trying out. The fries were average, the fruity lemonade was amazing and the BBQ bacon cheeseburger I had was between a Red Robin burger and a Wendy’s burger, so very flavorful. Would definitely recommend stopping by and trying it out!

We have ate here a couple times now, and I must say the food is pretty darn good. Burgers taste fresh, yummy onion rings, and French fries. The chicken nugget tender things are bomb too! I don’t think this place is overly expensive like some of the reviews. But that’s just my opinion. I’m more concerned with the food, and I haven’t had a bad meal here yet! Will definitely be eating here again.

After the opening of this business I decided to stop by again after a while. They seem to have gotten things down better. My fries were nice and crispy and evenly salted, my cheese on my burger was melted to perfection and all the sauces on my double cheeseburger were evenly spread. The girl that served me last time had served me this time too through drive through, she’s the one with the piercings and is always so happy and chipper and makes sure our order is taken care of and is always so smiley! She’s what made my revisit a success! She also told me about the habit burger app that I can get a free cheeseburger for signing up and about all the offers through the app too, to save me some money. I absolutely loved that! Good job Habit, I will be revisiting!

Wow!! These hamburgers are the best! You can really taste the Char on the outside of the burger. I was so impressed, they are not greasy, just taste really good. I also had the salad made fresh, it was wonderful!! This is definitely my go-to place

My partner and I dined in and placed our order at the kiosk. My burger came out incorrect so I went to the front and they said they’d remake it for me. I wait another 10 minutes for them to remake one sandwich and by the time it comes out my partner is already finished eating. The best part is it came out wrong AGAIN with different ingredients missing than the first time. After going back and asking them to remake it for a third time the manager said she would give us a coupon for our next visit (which she forgot to bring out so we had to go and remind her when we were done eating). While we were waiting I also heard another woman approach the front and let them know they forgot the avocado on her burger. Very disappointed with the care and customer service we received, will likely not return for some time.

I don’t usually review, but this place got me so heated that I just have to. Now totally honest opinion of this place is that is sub par to five guys. Way overpriced for what it should be. And service is almost nonexistent in this place. I took an order for 3 burgers and 2 milkshakes. And okay mind you it was busy at the time I took the order. But to sit in a drive thru for 40+ minutes to get my order totally contradicts having a drive thru at all. And to put the cherry on top of all this, they forgot 1 of my burgers. So I try to go inside and work it out with them. Took a few minutes for someone to notice me. And they didn’t accept my card, even though I paid at the window with my card. And they basically told me to get back in the drive thru line just to get my missing burger. Honestly wouldn’t waste my time going back here. This place just has to figure a lot of things out, systematically and service wise.
