The first time we visited this location. The customer service was great. The place was clean. Food came out quickly. One thing I would like these franchises to do is cut down on the amount of sodium. You don’t taste it one time, however when you check their menu the burgers and even the fries. Despite that, I like how my sweet potato fries were not greasy and the club sourdough sandwich was great. The boom boom sauce I think that is what it was called was on point sort of orange color. Good job on that. Yes, my family and I will visit again, probably try the salad. I hope mgmt read this and talk to the persons on top about decreasing the amount of sodium. We do not need people getting high blood pressure over a period of time, this adds up, especially if someone eats it every day. As food places need customers for their businesses to thrive. If a lot of food places consider this and use healthier oils It would result better in the longer run.

At first I wasn’t happy, I got takeout and they missed my tenderloin sandwich. I was upset because now all of my dinner would be cold by the time I got back home. So I went in (there’s no phone number to call ahead) and told the guy at the counter I needed my meal remade. He asked if I was missing my tenderloin sandwich and I said yes. After that everything changed. I was upset my order was wrong because 1: when I’ve gotten the wrong orders at other fast food places they give the missing item and don’t care the rest of my food getting cold. (Taco-Bell left my food ) 2: I was hangry and don’t know why my order was missing the tenderloin sandwich.

Just did a drive through for a grill burger at Habits by Diamond Bar. It’s smooth and the burger was as tasty as ever since I last tried it 3 years ago during my trip to LA. Quality here at Habits was consistent.

Brand new burger place in town! Just opened up so far they are really busy and they’re doing great so far my burger came just as I ordered it and customer service is great. If they get your order wrong understand them, they have of new employees!

This location can never seem to get my orders correct. I have only ordered from drive-thru, so I can not comment about the interior. On my first visit, they forgot my fries. On my second visit, they forgot the chilies inside my burger. On my third visit, they added cheese when I told them no cheese. The burger and fries were super salty.

i think this restaurants location is great and they have a huge parking lot in the shopping center. i finished the food i ordered pretty quickly. i ordered via the mobile app and i asked for “light” salt on the fries and the fries were extremely salty. i noticed their customer service was pretty on point with customers ordering while i waited for my food. i’ll return in the future and give them another shot.
