The food is DELICIOUS! The cashier lady was very nice and helpful, but instead of tabouleh, i got a salad. I LOVE their tabouleh! I always order it. I drove all the way to this location, and I specifically asked for a tabouleh on my Shawarma Arabi. But i got a salad☹️

The woman who works at the counter is rude, does not speak English well, refuses to answer any questions and just repeatedly only says “not my fault” to literally any question. That is not customer service, it’s laziness. My order was wrong of course and she refused to correct it when I asked, thus I was overcharged. This is a common occurrence there and she deliberately sat with my food ready behind her but refused to give it to me until I repeatedly asked. The food tastes good but the service there is always ruined by her and the constant mistakes/refusal to correct orders. The person taking food orders should be able to answer basic questions about the menu.

Always super friendly ladies answering the phone and working front counter. I’ve ordered twice from here the first time I got the P3 & this time the P1 w beef. Both times waited 10 minutes after ordering and it was ready. I must say the jalapeño sauce & whatever spicyish red sauce this is is quiet amazing! I enjoyed the salad & pita as well!
