Caroline was so polite the minute I walked in. They all have a very nice and pleasant personality! They were beyond helpful and extremely accommodating! Caroline really goes above and beyond to make her customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Valeria was extremely sweet and helpful as well. She made the food fresh from me and even helped me when my daughter was acting up.

We have been coming to this Halal guys since it opened. We’ve always enjoyed the food and usually have pretty good service, but today’s experience was different. They weren’t very busy since we went in to pick up during the downtime (around 2pm). Elsa F was the only one in the front and was busy prepping/cleaning up. She finished up whatever she was doing and came over to help us with our order. We had a few specific requests and a couple of questions. She took the time to answer our questions and kept a smile on her face the entire time. Her friendly demeanor was very refreshing, and we think everyone should know! We will most definitely continue to come back!!

The only redeeming quality was the rice. I tried this place and ordered take out. I was appalled at the quality of the falafel… they were very small and rock hard. When I say hard i mean they crumbled and the inside was crunchy… They were frozen and cold int he middle and you can tell they had been in a freezer and reheated. what a slap in the face of Arabic food. I had such high hopes for this place. no thank you. The falafel was so bad it ruined the rest of the meal for me.
