I love noodles, especially the hand pulled ones. I ordered a traditional stir fried noodles with chicken and a Bok Choy dish. The take out order arrived shortly. It was disappointing. The noodles were mushy and tasted unpleasant. Bok Choy was cooked with 3 table spoons of finely chopped garlic. It was sloppy.

If this place were closer to our apartment, we would most certainly be regulars as the noodles here are super addictive! We ordered the spicy cumin beef noodles, and when you select the noodles, you can choose the noodle type that they make the order. We chose the wide, long, and flat noodles, And on the menu this is noted as a “ribbon” noodle. However, because this is a western Chinese restaurant, they actually say that noodles that are more like the noodles in this part of China are the ones that are small and rectangular, called chopped ribbon or ding ding noodle style. You can also indicate the level of spiciness of your noodles, so live a little bit and at least get them medium spicy! Portion size is quite large, and because the noodles are made to order, have some patience and salivate a little in anticipation of the delicious meal you will have. The drinks are also tasty here. We got the iced mango black tea, which is lightly sweetened and extremely refreshing. If you get the non-soup noodles, they will be served in a somewhat old-school Chinese takeout container that has a cute design on it. Love this spot! The cumin beef noodles we got were so good. The cumin beef flavor was very strong and tasty with just the right amount of spice and heat. The noodles were super long and super toothy, and soooo additive! Come eat here NOW!!!

Wow. Super amazing spicy cumin lamb noodles! Delicious. Tasty. Right spice! The noodles were chewy and tender. Chicken shitake dumplings were great too. Also had the ginger chicken noodle soup. Very tasty.

would not recommend. I don’t typically do reviews but my uber eats order was over 20 dollars so hopefully this review steers you clear of making the same mistake on “trying something new.” Food was bland, barely had sauce, I requested shallot sauce and definitely did not taste any shallots. The chicken also looked really questionable and neither much flavor. Not sure why they have so many stars, don’t know if I was supposed to require more sauce but definitely not re-purchasing the traditional stir fry or anything else really. I gagged way too many times, presentation doesn’t even look yummy. Not sure if the quality is best in person, a lot of these other reviews look much tastier. But 0/10 for uber eats, save your money.

This ish right here! So I ordered the Spicy Cumin Lamb Soup with Ding Dong Noodles and Beef Curry Stir Fry with flat Noodles and both were exceptionally good. The pictures don’t do any of the food justice. It’s fast, hot, yummy and enough for lunch tomorrow.

Amazing noodles! We got the beef herb soup and it tastes just like Taiwanese beef noodle soup. There’s limited seating inside. Highly recommend trying this place!

this place still slaps. i had it a long time ago when they opened and it wasn’t available for delivery to the heights for sometime but i moved and was reintroduced. the noodles always have great chew and never over cooked. also the vegetables compliment the whole dish very well they always have a nice bite. little spicy is just right. it was my first time having the soup and i absolutely loved the broth it hit right on a cold night and had a really mellow ginger profile that didn’t over power the flavors. not pictured but they’re pork bun sandwich things are friggin bomb if you made it this far ORDER IT also the scallion pancakes are fire too

Pretty small shop, I was able to get a counter spot but definitely geared more toward take out. Be wary of space level if you don’t have a great tolerance. Noodles were amazing and serving size was quite large, I had it for lunch and dinner the next day. Shame you have to pay extra for the hand pulled noodles though, that was the whole point…
