OK, so I work here in the bakery. Yes, there is an on the spot bakery where everything is fresh made. The people are awesome, and the place just feels like home,warm and inviting. I almost forgot.. the food!! The food you can get here at The Happy Mug Cafe is above and beyond all expectations(im not just saying this because I work there. It really is above and beyond all expectations).The cupcakes are huge, but they’re the best in town, in my opinion, and they stand out way better than the other places because they look like they’re made with love and not some factory product. The breakfast items are made in house too, and you can see them being made from anywhere you choose to sit. I love the place.

I spoke with two people this morning specifically a gentleman named Matthew who helped me send my friend just a single cup of coffee. He offered to just run it over as i live a good distance away. Without charging me. I insisted i pay as I could not believe what an amazing gesture. But his genuine kindness was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you so very much

This place is ridiculous and the employees here are rude and racist. I applied for this job left my information numerous times. And one lady told me we are done hiring people and that her manager usually doesn’t hire people like me . Then today I called and asked to speak to a manager the lady tells me there is no manager in right now I said ok can u please tell me the next time the manager will be in she proceeds to tell me she can not disclose that information to me it’s policy which I know is a lie. The rudeness and poor customer service at this place is ridiculous and I will be filing a complaint to higher up.
