The girls here are so friendly and the shakes are surprisingly amazing. Very healthy and beyond yummy. Feel like you’re cheating because they taste so good. The shakes work, dripping weight by supplementing the shakes for meals and exercising. About 16lbs in just a few weeks.

Healthy food doesn’t have to taste boring yet this place perpetuates that stereotype. All it is is protein powder blended with ice. It wouldn’t be bad if there were fresh fruits, juice, or even vegetables in it, but there are no fresh ingredients unless you count tap water ice cubes.
