I loved the protein shake I had. It was so refilling after my Zumba class! Kathy is such a good person and she knows how to make you feel good about your body. I love how she makes your shake right in front of you so you know what goes into your shake! I am going back for more!!

Kathy is amazing, the waffles she makes are unbelievably good. My boys love them and I have to buy them in bulk because they love to have them at any time. We will either add fresh fruit to them or simply warm them up and eat them plain. They are absolutely delicious and a huge hit in my home. Whenever I am by the area I ask Kathy to make them for me and she leaves them prepared for me and all I have to do it package them individually and stick them in the freezer to preserve them. I usually order about 15 days worth.. Thank you Kathy..
