We came across this vegan food truck at the Art in Kayenta Festival. We got a full order of loaded nachos, and it was HUGE. The combination of tortilla chips, beans, cashew sauce (which tastes like cheese), cilantro sauce, picó, and green chiles was superb, and the beet lemonade was delicious and perfectly refreshing for this warm fall day. Great food and friendly staff! We’ll definitely be visiting them again.

Just happened to stumble upon their food truck and decided to give it a go. I can say we were not disappointed. We got the full order of Vegan Nachos, Coconut Mango Smoothie Bowl and a Carrot Cake Cheesecake and they were all tasty. They were super friendly too! Great customer service is always a plus in my book.

I love when the Hearty Beet comes and parks at the mall! It gives me some good fresh food to fuel myself with during my long shifts on my feet at Barnes and Noble! The owner is AWESOME, super friendly and so accommodating- I love their nachos with no pick and I absolutely adore the pies!

This was a wonderful surprise for us. We travel a lot and sometimes it can be difficult to find truly plant based food. While in St George Ut we had to have our windshield replaced. Took a walk and low and behold a food truck location was across the street AND The Hearty Beet was there. Great food great price. If you ever find yourself in St George look them up!
