Service started out good. Ordered food. Had a beer, wings and another beer. Got the wings they were just warm. Asked for my tab, Got my bill put down a credit card waited forever for her to get my change. My first beer never got picked up, my empty plate was there forever. I would have had more beer but could not get good service. I will not be back.

Went in last night we weren’t greeted until after we switched booths! When we where we didn’t get the run down of the specials just thrown menus asked what we wanted to drink, I got a French dip wasn’t impressed it was just lunch meat roast beef and overly salty. I think they could add another server to the shift so the bar tender can focus on the bar because that’s what she seemed to do, there where other people I overheard complain about the service last night as well, I probably wouldn’t come back, there’s a lot of places close to the Ramada with better service! Maybe something the owners ought to think about when making staffing decisions

Nice place to go and have a drink and socialize with nice people. The layout of the hideout is very chill. They have pool and darts. They also have nice menu for that appetite that comes on after work. I think they have karaoke here sometimes. Check em out. You’ll see what I’m talking bout.

My fiancé and I have been repeat customers for months. Karaoke brought us to The Hideout initially and the atmosphere here kept us returning for Madhatters. We like good food and enjoyed all we’ve eaten. We’ve recommended the Hideout to friends. Jennifer and Shelly on Wednesday night staff are consistently friendly, even when busy or slammed, and give *all* guests consistently good service. Overall they rate a 4/5.

Staying in the Ramada. Went down to get drinks and supper. Really dark in the restaurant. Got our menus and then waited 10 minutes and the waitress never came back. She appeared to be the only one working with over 20 people seated. We left and went elsewhere.

Took over 30 min to get our apps which were way overpriced for what they were. When we ordered our meal it took another 30 min to get that… Food was wrong for what we ordered completely. Told them to take it back and just remove it from our bill because we were leaving. Manager came back with the correct order even tho we wanted the bill to leave. Told them we werent staying and wanted bill again. Everything was still on the bill of things we didnt get. Had to have waitress correct it and thankfully she was atleast nice and sincere (honestly the only thing good about this place was the waitress). Will not be returning at all. It wasnt even busy at all.
