The staff here are wonderful and the food is just perfect for the atmosphere. Loved the added touch of the Basil on the fries! Wouldn’t have thought to grab dinner here, but so worth it! It’s the perfect spot for great service, great food, and a great time all in one place! If you haven’t been yet, definitely give it a go!

I went there last friday for the first time. It was a busy night. The employees were phenomenal, very helpful especially the Bartender! He made the best drinks! He was personable, and friendly with quick service. The hideout punch is a must try. Music was too loud but I will still give 5/5 because of the bartender! Definitely coming back again.

This is my third time attending the poetry night. I would say tonight was the best. Nice environment! The bartenders were great! Awesome wings! I always order the lemon pepper wings and tonight was on point! The artists tonight were awesome!

I recently visited The Hideout for a quick stop on a Saturday night at roughly around 11:30pm and stuck around for a total of an hour at most. The Hideout has recently gone through an overhaul perhaps due to the pandemic or change of ownership. They have evolved for the worse from a small and intimate lounge type to a full blown club like atmosphere. Every guest is pretty much forced to purchase a table unless you know the owner or manager which is super disappointing. For the one hour I was there I was billed a total of $77 for one hookah and one beverage which imo is insanely overpriced. I also had to ask for the hookah I ordered to be adjusted on top of paying nearly $80. There is no bar area where one can just order a beverage if preferred which is also a let down. The hookah, the beverage, the music, the atmosphere, and the customer service were all terrible. I expected a better experience for the money I paid. Needless to say I will not be returning to The Hideout anytime soon due to the lack of customer service, the disappointing quality of their products, and lastly due to the insane hike in prices. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent hookah lounge experience. There are plenty of alternatives around.

Currently attending this establishment for a friend’s birthday and if I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. After seating ourselves we waited 30 minutes for someone to come serve us and ask if we even just needed anything. No one came. We were trying to order a hookah, so finally I ended up flagging a staff person down. The young lady was rude and seemed very inconvenienced by us. Finally after placing out order, NO ONE came back to check us. Ultimately our coals ended up dying out on our hookah and no one came to replace it which is ridiculous for a $50 hookah. In this industry of entertainment, customer service is vital for a thriving business. I’m sad to see that this simple concept was not executed for me and my group.

This place is horrible at least the food was…I ordered Old Bay wings..it’s one thing to be burnt but to be burnt without seasoning was awful! The wing’s didn’t have any Old Bay seasoning so I returned them. It was Magic Monday…they should really post the events on the website so that customers have an option to come inside or not. Twenty dollars shouldn’t be the cover charge. Terrible…terrible..:terrible. Will not be returning.

Ambiance was dope! However, if you’re going to charge 20% gratuity and I leave a tip on top of that, you should be willing to replace a dish that was not satisfying. I was informed I would have to pay full price for another dish rather than get a replacement, complementary for what I paid. The server was kind.
