Nice visit on a Sunday for brunch. Kids portions are perfect, the broasted chicken was fantastic also. Was planning to canoe from Birch Lake State forest but the wind had other plans. Nice dock for boats.

My family had the best experience ever here! It has been a week since our visit and we haven’t stopped talking about it. The main reason we haven’t been able to stop talking about it is because of our server Andrew. Andrew was such an amazing waiter. Andrew gave us wonderful recommendations, excellent service, and a lot of laughs. Andrew deserves a raise or promotion! If we are ever back in town I am sure we will go back here!

We love this place. A friend told us about it last summer and it’s our “go-to” place to relax. The deck overlooking the lake is marvelous and all the wait staff are friendly and wonderful. Definitely recommend this little treasure.

Cool little place with nice patio overlooking Big Birch Lake with the State Park on the other side. There’s an upstairs that overlooks the lake from inside, which is a nice option when weather or bugs are bad. The upstairs is more formal and the downstairs has more of a bar atmosphere with the patio on the lower level. Portions seemed a little small and prices a little high, but I’d have to try more items on the menu to better judge whether it’s worth it. I look at places like this and see a lot of potential. I heard it’s got a lengthy interesting history. Seeing it from the dock below looking up, I feel like the outside has a lot more potential, but I know building anything on lakes is a pain. But I’d build a larger patio and have bands play with a large screen above them so boats could all come congregate below and enjoy the music with friends and family on the lake. That’d be a niche things on a big lake that’d be pretty cool. I plan to go back some night with entertainment just to see what the night time atmosphere is like.

I visit many restaurants to find the best prime rib because I love prime rib, and by far, this is the best. The only thing that ruins the atmosphere is loud people that don’t care about the other people there trying to enjoy their meal
