I always love honey baked ham. The new double Mac n cheese was the inspiration for this visit and it didn’t disappoint. It was creamy, cheesy with a slight garlic flavor. The ham had a dot more smoke flavor than we normally expect, which will be perfect in the Boston baked beans I’m making with the one!

Stopped in to redeem a couple of electronic gift cards my wife and daughter received as a holiday gifts from their company. It was our first visit to a Honey Baked Ham Company store. Loved the woman Debbie who helped us. She could not have been more patient and helpful. Treated us to a sample slice of turkey breast that helped me decide what to get. Wish they were closer to our home!

I picked up our order Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday. I had a confirmation email, but the CS person was not able to quickly locate our order in their system. While one CS person was looking for our order an assistant manager looked at my email, knew that they had plenty of what we ordered in stock, and had another worker pull my order. Once my order was ready the assistant manager checked to see if my order had been found in their system, it had not. With no further questions or discussion I was handed my complete order and sent on my way with a smile. By the way, the food was delicious and my wife approved

Very disappointed in magament of getting my (Pre ordered)order picked up in a timely manner. I have had the food before and it is good. But its very frustrating to call ahead a being told that they can’t process your payment ” cause thier system is down and you can pay no problem when u pick ur order.” When I arrive I am met with a 30 min wait and told I can only cut the line if I have paid ahead and thier system is running slow. This is unacceptable and I will not be purchasing anything from u again.
