Wow. Wish there were more of these places. Visiting the Nashua location during a stop from Maine and just stumbled on this gem for a quick lunch stop. Lots more to offer than I was looking for at this time but it’s not just a place to pick up the Easter ham anymore. Great sandwich and side options. Great place to put together a full spread of take-home dishes for a big meal. Kind of reminded me of the old Boston Market business model. I know where to get my party platters now if I’m in that area

I would never recommend this store, and thanks to our experience today, I will never order from Honey Baked Ham again. They have ruined Christmas for my family. We lost my father earlier this year and this is the first Christmas without him. Our tradition has always been that my father would cook a large ham from HBH. Since this is our first Christmas without my dad, and in an effort to keep the tradition going, we ordered (and paid online well in advance) for a large ham to pick up today. When we showed up to pick up the ham, we were told that they “had sold it.” Their solution was to give us a few small hams or refund our money. Now, not only will my children be without their grandfather for Christmas dinner, but now they won’t get to have the large ham that they greatly have enjoyed for over a decade! Worst customer service ever!

I got the honey baked sandwich and it was EXCELLENT. Wife got the Cobb salad except they were out of hard boiled eggs. And out of soda. AND out of all the soups. But who cares, it’s only 22 degrees out, who in their right mind would want hot soup on a day like today. Maybe in July when its 90 out.
