This is a great store for purchasing prepared whole hams, whole turkeys and a great selection of prepared sides, deli selections, appetizers and desserts. They offer catering as well. I enjoy their prepared to order box lunches. The counter sales employees are friendly and efficient and the store is clean. There are tables along with a wall mounted TV, so that you can sit to enjoy your prepared box meal if you choose. Place your Holiday orders early, to avoid the long lines. There are frozen prepared foods for your pick-up convenience year-round.

Horrible service. I will never order a Honey Baked Ham again. Arrived at 9:30 am Christmas Eve morning for an order placed two weeks ago. Line was doubled inside and then out the door with no one moving with one counter person. Especially annoying as all orders HAD to be placed online so they knew who was coming and when.

Horribly organized pre-paid pickup on Christmas Eve. The prepaid pickup line was a 1-2.5 hour wait and the boneless hams weren’t available (even when you had a confirmation) as we were waiting for a midday shipment from Connecticut. The walk up lines were serviced more quickly than those who had paid online in advance. It was poor leadership and this store was grossly underprepared. Many customers abandoned their orders to go to Edison where there was no line. The manager made 1 announcement about potentially calling the cops and then was no where to be found. There were no updates on the wait time or if our food was even in stock. 0 stars do not recommend

The hams are good, the hams are so good that they feel they can skimp on service. Dec 24th 8AM, and they have 2 people serving a line of 50 people. Why wasn’t the owner in front helping serve customers? Very disappointed, I don’t think I am going with a ham next year.
