It was fine. If you don’t like Honey BBQ, it’s not recommended of course. The quality of the food was not the best but not bad, so, if you don’t have other options it’s fine to come here. The personal and establishment is really nice.

I pre-ordered Easter dinner and picked it up the Friday before. I was shorted a package of rolls and almost an order of mac-n-cheese. They corrected my order and I just let it go as it was busy and right before Easter.

They were offering a discount online that the employees knew nothing about but I cannot really fault the shop for that. There was a lady raising cane due to some online error in front of me, and they handled her with grace. It’s a very busy time of year for them and they all had a smile and a good attitude. I found the shop to be well stocked and I’m looking forward to what I know is going to be a delicious Christmas dinner.

We have been buying Honey Baked hams for 15 years and have always been happy – that is until this year. We just bought a ham for Christmas at the Frederick, MD store and paid over $111.00. I realize everything has gone up in price, but when the ham you get is 3/4 “fat”, that is unacceptable. The attached picture is what every slice of ham looked like. We ending up tossing almost half of the ham! I’ll never buy another Honey Baked Ham and will never recommend it to family/friends.

It was one of the busiest days of the year – day before Thanksgiving. We were late picking up our order, but they let us in the door anyway even though it was a few minutes past closing. As exhausted as they probably were, they were so kind to us and we received excellent service and of course, an excellent ham. Thank you, Frederick Honey Baked Ham store!
