Our order was such a mess. Each sandwiches bread was smushed and broken apart. The amount of meat was laughable. There was more tomato than there was meat. My sliders were tasty but flattened and burnt. The sides taste good but for $3, you literally get a couple spoons worth. Overall, very disappointing for the price.

I was tasked at the last minute to order lunch for 14 people. I called and spoke to a sweet mature lady and she said she would honor my last minute request and had them ready before the time she said. Excellent customer experience from Debbie and Emily!!!! i went in with my fiance and encountered the most unwelcoming cashier when we asked about the pounds she gave us a attitude maybe because we are asians and celebrating thanksgiving bc the lady was rolling her eyes and everything idk worst customer service alive . what if we were first come customers and have questions about the products being sold.. you as a worker need to provide information about the product. not stand there and give us a attitude we spent 160 it wasnt cheap. we was gonna order more sides but after the racist encounter we decided to just pay and leave

While the food is good I simply don’t understand the consistent attitude of this location of indifference toward your business. They act like they don’t care if you come or not. Open sign not on during business hours. Today they had freshly baked aromatic chocolate chip cookies cooling in the oven but wouldn’t sell me one because they were “not completely cool yet”. Also they said they no longer serve a cookie in the boxed lunches even though they raised the price of it. I won’t be back. It’s just a rip off.

Bought a ham yesterday and when I got it home, the glaze was separated from the ham like a solid turtle shell stuck to the wrapper. Called today and was told to bring it back WITH receipt. Took it back and waited about 15 minutes after they took my ham to the back room. The supposed new ham appeared to be my old ham that had the sugar shell had been retouched on my old ham. I told the rude woman that is was my old ham twice and she denied it and turned around and said rudely, “Have a Merry Chritmas.” When I told her I needed to look at it when she brought out the so called replacement ham and she said she couldn’t do that and I told her I could. It blew my mind when I realized the ham was my original. Hateful white headed woman. She needs strong repremand.

Bad attitude. They have 2 signs up for no public restroom. 1 is even on the bathroom door….They need to change it to say you must buy something before you are allowed to use it bc that’s how it’s being enforced. Lost my business for bring disrespecrful and assuming that I can’t read. No other customers in the store and the woman working didn’t even come upfront until I had been in there for a minute. I looked around for what I wanted, was gonna go with the ham and Swiss sliders.

Had a lunch “emergency” and needed 4 boxed lunches in 15 minutes! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, took my order, and made it happen. The chicken salad on a croissant was to die for! Will definitely give them my business again but with more notice next time! Thank you!
