I usually have a great experience with HBH, but this location was chaos yesterday. Line out the door to pick up Easter hams, etc… The young girls working were rude and not helpful to customers or the other staff. The older women were trying their best to help everyone but there were only 2 of them. We waited 45 minutes for a ham I ordered and paid for 2 days prior. I’m not sure if this location is under new ownership or management but it was a disaster. Very disappointed. I hope the ham taste ok.

Christmas dinner tray should feed 10 guests. The meat looks old and I will be returning on Monday. The meat has this metallic green shine on it. They could not find my pre-ordered tray so this is what I got 12-24-2022

Customer service is awesome. If you are ever in town please get the “Honey Baked Ham meal or sandwich with Sweet Onion Kettle Chips. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. I will definitely be back soon.

We went to get some ham and ended up grabbing a dinner deal instead. We got the quarter honey baked ham with two sides dishes and rolls. Then,we grabbed the rum cake sampler for dessert. It will all delicious for dinner and now we have leftovers for the weekend. Thanks much to the nice staff lady who told us about the meal deal for $13 more! We will shop here again. The store has always been clean when we visited.

My friend brought over the Triple Chocolate cake for desert after dinner tonight. It was absolutely the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had!! She left us 4 slices, I think I will have a piece for breakfast with a big glass of cold milk tomorrow morning!! I will definitely be getting this again for the next occasion!
