We were in the Canton Store today to pick up ham for our granddaughter’s pre-k graduation supper. ALL the employees were in the back socializing and the front of the house staff as well as the back of the house staff were ALL standing around socializing and not paying attention at all to the customers. No help whatsoever!!!

THANK YOU! Sweet Morgan suggested that I call the store because we have a profound Special Needs daughter, Tammy answered the phone and said someone can run out and help us. I could not leave my daughter in the car and come inside! The sweet and kindest young lady ran out to my vehicle and she knew her from school. She was a peer helper, so she completely understood our situation! Thanks for being so amazing, we wouldn’t have Thanksgiving dinner without you all helping make it happen!

Horrible experience, walked in at 5:48 pm , ordered a sandwich , sat down to eat my meal and was asked to leave because they were closing in 5 mins. How uncourteous that American Business have come to the point that they can even allow a few minutes for a patron to eat their damn sandwich ! I eat at this location a great deal but never again … PATHETIC

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The staff are always incredibly friendly and professional, the dining room is always clean, and, most importantly, the food is always delicious and of great value. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting something different than typical fast food affair.

We have always loved Honey Baked ham, so when we saw they were having a sale on the half hams we planned on getting one. We went over and bought the ham at the discounted price. The only time that I can remember where it was not good at all. There was slime between each piece. I was thinking it was due to the gel, but the taste was just not the same. It also didn’t have as much as the baked on honey around each piece. I’m sure we will give them another try eventually, but it turned us off from Honey Baked ham for awhile.

My wife and I came in on her birthday (Nov 17) to claim the free birthday ham sandwich she was offered as part of the email rewards program and was told “we don’t do sandwiches after 4pm and we don’t honor any coupons for free ham anything this close to the holidays”. Either its false advertising or poor employee training but either way its incredibly poor customer service…
