When I entered the restaurant, the waiter did not come out easily, two items I ordered were missing, and there was no soup… I don’t understand why they would put something on the menu that was not ready. I was disgusted by the low level of human resources: there were three waitstaff who didn’t come out easily, and yet none of them were able to handle the situation. I liked the product itself, so I went there several times to buy it, but this time I was so displeased that I will never go there again. They should put more effort into education.

We went here last night to pick up some sandwiches to take home. My husband’s ham sandwich had so much fat in it. The meat had not been trimmed at all. Like they were trying to get paid for every ounce. Here is a pic of how much fat was in there. Very dissappointed with this. Normally very good

Nice Restaurant. Bad customer service. I’ve only been at this location twice and the first time I went they didn’t seem friendly and it was pulling teeth trying to get some information, I finally gave up and told them I would back at a later date, I ordered online, and when I went to pick up my order it was the same lack luster customer service. I’m done.

I had a catering order that I placed online the day before. Website says the store opens at 9 am. I tried several times between 9 and 9:45 am to confirm the order had been received and there would be no issues getting it on time. After failing to get through by phone, I drove to the store. One employee was outside smoking, and there was one in the store. Guess neither could pick up the phone. The individual box lunches I had ordered were ready, apparently done the day before. I was ok with that at first, but the tomatoes on the sandwiches had the bread a bit soggy and the tomatoes were shriveled at this point. For spending $194 it would have been nice if they were freshly made the morning of pickup. The store had no other customers so it wasn’t necessary a busy time. Otherwise the prices were reasonable. $194 for 25 box lunches.

Honest Review
My online order had a coupon available. I chose the pickup date based off the coupon for any size ham. When presented the coupon, the cashier told me “it not gonna work”. That’s it, no explanation, no attempt. When asked why, she just repeated “it not gonna work” and stared at me blankly. I believe what she meant was that SHE was not going to work. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, honor the coupon, or do anything to satisfy a customer. She did not care to be bothered with customer service, which is a shame when it’s your job. The cashier was also not friendly with the other customers in line that I observed. It was apparent that customers are a inconvenience to that cashier at this location. The other members of the staff seemed friendly and willing to do their job, but no one offered any explanation either. I understand that maybe I misread the coupon or there was possibly some reason behind her statement, but without good customer service I am clueless as to what that might be. I was left with “it not gonna work” which coincidentally is my opinion of recommending it or going back.
