Customer service was great first of all and the young man who assisted me in making a decision was very nice and helpful. I finally decided on the tavern club on a croissant with the potato salad. I have never tried either before. A young lady there said the potato salad was good and she is right!! The sandwich suggestion by the young is awesome. Per his suggestion, the sliders are exceptionally good. I will be trying them on my next visit!! Thanks for the kindness ☺️

I went into the Macon location and placed an order a few days ago. The food and service was fantastic. I ordered the tavern clubs and side salads for our dinner and it was amazing. Thank Al and the amazing staff for making this visit a pleasure. I will definitely be going there again.

Was there at 5p on 9/16/22..No employees in sight. I had to holler out twice before someone said I’ll be there in a minute. She came out with earphones on listening to music. She couldn’t hear me and kept saying huh.

Placed an order to pick up my ham for Thanksgiving a week before Wednesday the 23rd. It was $63.71 for a 4.5 lb boneless ham. Failed to realize they gave us the completely wrong size until the next day on Thanksgiving and when I called on Friday they said there was nothing they could do for us because we ate it…. I guess we were supposed to just not have any ham for the holiday because they got our order wrong.

Do not purchase and HBH co gift cards from anywhere in the nation . They nationally are not working and especially at the Macon store . They are taking the money and saying the card is invalid . Corporate needs to step in .
