Honestly, I think people sleep on this place. Their sandwiches are really good. The sandwich I got was a but on the pricey side but it was good. Didn’t order any bulk meats or sides this time, but they’re good as well. And the service is nice and quick.

First visit. Great customer service, good food but pricey. $32 and some change for two sandwiches, 1 bag of chips, 1 small side of mac-n-cheese, and 2 drinks. There are no photos this time.

Ordered the chicken salad sandwich. Paid 11 dollars. See the attached picture and you know why one star is already too much

Staff was friendly and accomodating. I just can’t pay $85.00 for the smallest ham they have. I don’t want the slices already off the bone, it doesn’t have the same flavor. Therefore, I didn’t purchase a ham. This is the first year ever that I felt like the ham was too pricey to purchase.

Went in April 17th about 4:12 pm guy was really nasty when I said I wasn’t ready to order he threw what looked like a tantrum and went in the back area and the other two workers found it to be hilarious it was a joke I was bothered bye it and when I stepped to order the young girl gave me nothing but attitude rolled her eyes acted if she didn’t want to take my order so I left. I was disgusted that these 3 people were at work behaving like children not one of them stepped up an attempted to have any kind of customer service Honeybaked Ham needs to do better. The

Went to pick up our family’s Christmas dinner. They closed prior to our scheduled pick up time. There were two gentleman still in the store and said they were closed. Instead of coming to the door they wanted to announce they were closed. Instead of honoring the order that was placed and paid for. Another young lady was there with the same scheduled time for pickup they walked to the door claiming that they called everyone going to arrive early since they wanted to see their families too understandably it’s Christmas Eve. Only issue is we nor the other young lady didn’t receive a phone call to arrive early or I would have been there. For what would have took them two minutes to honor the orders instead of potentially ruining other’s families Christmas dinners, the only reason they opened the door was the other young lady told them she was on the phone with corporate and we both paid for our orders. So they finally opened the door and gave what was paid for would have took two minutes if they originally did that when we arrived. All in all the food may be good the individuals that work in this location are rude, don’t care about there paying customers and will lie to your face about calling. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money supporting this business they don’t deserve it there are other great places to get holiday meals. If I could give negative stars I would. To the business if your going to give out pick up times honor them and don’t close early the time was picked for a reason people also work and would like to be home with there families as well.

Visited this store to buy a ham for Thanksgiving, three days before the holiday. There were 3 cash registers in operation and five employees behind the counter. I was one of 8 customers in the store at the time. When making my purchase, I overheard the man at the next cashier ask if he needed to show his military ID card to get the discount. Being a 27year veteran of active Army service, I asked my cashier if they offered a military discount. She responded that they do, but since my transaction had just “cleared,” I could not get the discount. I asked if she would void the transaction and make the correction. She responded that the manager told them anyone wanting the discount had to ask before paying, or they would not honor it. I asked to speak to the manager and she repeated the policy to me. It occurs to me that if the cashier had mistakenly undercharged for the ham, or incorrectly keyed something in the transaction, she would have been able to void it to make a correction. This is a very poor customer experience and indicates to me that the business owner doesn’t really want to honor the discount at all. I noticed there were no signs announcing the military discount in the store. Of course, no business is obliged to offer a discount of any sort, but if they do (and many in our community do so), it seems reasonable for them to find ways to honor it., rather than decline to do so, as a matter of local policy.

Food was just okay. A lot of new people were working and it didn’t seem that they were confident. Turkey sandwich is usually really good.
