Gift card purchse of smoked turkey and ham salad for my dad. The ham salad smelled to hi heaven BUT I liked the smoked turkey. I also got a chicken salad sandwich which was mediocre. I still have some credit on that gift card but don’t think I will be using it because the quality of the food is not what I remember. The counter staff were pleasant and helpful when I asked questions and the place was very clean.

Put in an order for a honey baked ham for my Thanksgiving party on Thursday, unbeknownst to me, one of the attendees already had this covered so I had to call and cancel the order. Nathan was prompt and very professional with the refund. He even sent me a text of the refund receipt. Will definitely come back in the future and actually try it next time simply because of the customer service.

Extremely disappointing…. I didn’t need a large ham for Christmas as only a few people eat it (or else I would’ve made it myself) and there’s only a small dinner this year. I placed an online order for a 4-6lb ham and specified in the order notes I needed the smallest out of that range which customer service ensured me they’d be able to fill. Their website was also having a promotion that if you picked your ham up on certain days, you’d get $10 off. Great news so far! $9lbX4lb – $10 = $26.

My ham was amazing. I moved here from Naples and this one is exactly like the one in Naples. We got an 8 pound ham, our kids were coming for Christmas ⛄ we had not all be together in over 10 years. The ham delicious as always then I justed the bone to make red beans.

Customer service is horrible! I never leave reviews but I wouldn’t waste your time or give this location business. I called the San Jose store in Jacksonville and they were so sweet! I just drove there to pick up our ham instead! Walked right in and they were so sweet! Every single employee! I called this store (St.Augustine). (No hello), a speech instead, then hung up on. I called back, asked for a manager, she was just as rude! It was worth the drive to deal with nice people.

If you are looking for a good Honey Baked Ham company to provide your holiday meals, avoid this one. It would be well worth your time to travel to Palm Coast where their customer service is top notch. This St. Augustine location has the most disrespectful Manager/ Owner I have ever met. While also having been disrespected my Management yesterday, I also observed the employees in the back of the kitchen with their mask off around their chins, while preparing food! This is after one of the employee’s coughed into his hand!

We have never been so disappointed in a customer service experience as we are in this Saint Augustine location. We were there today to pickup our ham for thanksgiving and upon entering were sternly told to wear our masks. We complied and then observed most of the employees not wearing their masks properly. One employee had her mask down under her chin and 2 other employees had their masks down under their noses. One of the employees with her mask under her nose then touched her nose just before serving a customer their food. Yuck!
