This was previously one of my favorite sandwich places until they changed their rewards program and I lost out on over $60 worth of rewards points; store manager wouldn’t help. Also, just recently picked up some of their ham salad, which was previously very good … this time, it was not good. Will be going elsewhere. Sad!

I had a 2022 rewards punch card with 6 punches out of 10 completed for free sandwich. They started a new program last year but manager (& member of staff) told me I would be able to complete the card (did not specify date as to when it needed to be completed). Went in this March & they would not honor the card. So I not only lost out on finishing the card but also the points for the new program equal to the 6 punches (approximately $60 worth). Corporate offered me 10 points. No thanks.

Went to honey baked ham in lady lake yesterday. I had no idea that they had changed the way they do business. The sandwiches were great. The service was great. The restroom was a little on the bad side but I mentioned it to the manager and she personally took care of it. Didn’t get a name but that’s a great leader.

Wife ordered a ham for Thanksgiving, I just paid for it. $55 for a QUARTER POUND and it was certainly cooked WAY too long BEFORE it was picked up. Of course it’s wrapped in foil so didn’t realize it till the day of. All we had to do was warm it up to eat since it’s already cooked.

Just left from picking up a delivery. I literally stood there, inside the restaurant yelling “hello, excuse me” for 9 minutes. Not an employee or customer in sight and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. All I could hear from the back was faint laughter and conversation.
