Nice size sandwich with quality ingredients! Not only that but the service is very fast and the servers are very polite and friendly. I was only able to finish half of my sandwich and enjoyed the rest for a snack later in the day. The dining area and bathrooms are very clean!

This was the first time I was disappointed with the ham . It didn’t have that special taste that keeps me coming back and arguing with my husband that it’s worth the money. Hardly any crunchy sugar outside and the color was weird, a little gray and I didn’t heat it. Not that nice pink, none of it. If I was able to look at it like we used to I wouldn’t have taken it based on that. Understand Covid, but you could put up glass/plastic do people can see what they are getting for $75. Ridiculous. So sad to say I won’t get one next time. I’m so bummed. Kind of ruined the dinner

This is like having a fresh honey baked ham in your refrigerator. The sandwiches are seriously delicious. I met the new staff and these guys are awesome. They have a great attitude, seem to enjoy what they are doing, and very attentive to the customer needs. Good food plus great experience = 5 stars in my book.

Pre ordered a thanksgiving ham, my wife showed up to pick it up and while sitting in line for 30 minutes she was told they were no longer assisting customers and stopped the line right in front of her. They stopped the line before they even closed! Worst part is they joked around with the people ahead of her that they got to stay and she didn’t. Thanks for ruining my wife’s Thanksgiving! They still have my money for the ham and sides that we did not get!!!! What a terrible experience!!

Bryce was my sales person. When he brought me my ham I told him it looked like the package was opened. He said they are not allowed to open since COVID. He said that it was poorly wrapped. When I returned home I opened the package only to see that the ham clearly fell to the floor at some point because all of the brown sugar was missing on one side! I shop this store three times a year for the past ten years. Tried calling the store and the phone just rang and rang! I will drive to the Boca store from now on! You lost a very good customer because of Bryce! Merry Christmas!

Make sure that you check your order right at the cashier before leaving. I ordered a Thanksgiving feast with turkey, ham, and some sides. I admit they were busy but man they quickly threw everything into a bag and said okay that is everything! They didnt have the green beans but I was like hey, its okay switch it out for mac n cheese.

I’ve been here several times and keep forgetting to add a review till now! Every time I stop by the employees are quite knowledgeable, amazingly friendly and helped me flawlessly with my orders and questions. The meals I’ve gotten here have all been wonderful. The plaza it’s in is currently undergoing renovation, but they’re still open and the shop is quite clean despite the construction going on in the plaza. Thanks for the great work!
