Ok so two weeks ago I gave this place stats because it corrected my order and went above and beyond. Now today it’s like Deja Vu. Once again my daughter left work to pick me and her coworker up a ham sandwhich. Once again she didn’t check my order and upon taking it out of the bag the sandwhich felt heavy and hard as a brick. So she on her lunch break Once again had to take both sandwiches back up there. Such an inconvenience and waste of time, money and gas. People are on their lunch breaks taking time out of their day to get great food and service. Idk but I guess I’m expecting to much. HORRIBLE IT MUST BE THE COMPANY WORKERS EVERYWHERE BECAUSE THE SAME THING HAPPENED AT THE LOCATION IN CORDOVA. A week ago. For some reason I keep ordering ham classic sandwiches and getting pink tomatoes and one slice of ham. Not a happy camper.

The staff was nice and welcoming . I didn’t see our sandwiches being prepared, but I believe the lady was new! Why, you ask? Because I have never gotten more bread than meat and veggies on any sandwich from Honey Bake in the last 20 years . Believe me when I say I was totally disappointed when I got home, and it was too far to go back in rush hour traffic . Even my 4 years-old thought I had taken some of her meat off her sandwich . I had to prepare something else in addition to the meal I had just purchased. I am not sure if I will visit again . Oh, when asked if they offer gluten free breads, the reply was all bread is gluten free . Be careful if you have a gluten allergy .

We stopped in for sandwiches. They were incredible. We had a turkey and a ham. Perfect for our drive home. We also had the bean soup. It was good and hearty. I want prepared for the sweetness but it made sense using a Honey Baked ham.
