Their service was very fast for it being December 23rd when I ordered it. There were only about 20 people in line. The Kentucky State Police were pretty friendly to me. My wife and son were with me and that sort of confused them, because I guess there were only 2 people allowed at a time. My wife cannot hear very good and they kept asking her if she needed to place an order, I had to tell them that she was with me and my son.

Ordered a ham for Christmas and drove an hour and a half to pick it up. It was completely worth it. Their entire parking lot smelled like their amazing glaze. Honey Baked Ham is definitely a Xmas tradition for my family!!

Bought a smoked turkey breast and three sides. Apples, Tuscan Broccoli, and smashed potatoes. Great, quick Thanksgiving meal. I was pleasantly surprised that the sides were as easily prepared and actually very good. Beats Cracker barrel. Was priced @ $54.99. Worth every penny.

Came in the Day before Thanksgiving, was prepared for the long wait. However, I was in and out within 10 mins. It was definitely organized and set up Great. Kimberly was my cashier and she had a Great Attitude, had a Smile on her face, very knowledgeable/helpful and Awesome customer service. Will be back very soon….

I wish I could give zero stars. My ham sandwich on a croissant used a stale croissant. I called them and 2 months later still waiting for the manager to return my call. Terrible sandwich and service that I paid a lot of money for. I’ll never go back. Plus they were out of everything.

I just wanna say this has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a place I walked in showed the”police officers” my order and changed the order date from the 23rd to the 22nd one of the cops was in my face yelling at me telling me I was wrong and I spoke to a young lady the day before to confirm everything. So after him telling me to leave I call the manager she has to meet me at the door for me to be able to come inside at this time the same cops there came back up to me yelling at me before the “manager” stepped in to say something. Then get all the way back to my hometown for it to be the wrong order and you call them and they hang up on you. Absolutely will not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be going back there ever again
