I’m not sure what’s going on with HoneyBaked Ham they sell these slices for $13.99 and you get about 5 to 6 slices of ham they’re already expensive but then they take the glaze off of the ham which is the reason why you come to get the ham anyway but the last couple of times that I have went in and bought this ham for some reason the taste was off like it was old and it looked more like scraps than it did slices of ham if you’re going to sell $4 worth of ham for $14 at least it should be fresh and where is the glaze stop robbing people y’all make enough money to do the right thing by your customers

The worst experience ever! I pre-order a ham and full turkey on Nov 7 and got the special for pick up date discount Nov 22-23. These people done sold my Turkey to someone did not care. The staff on the phone not professional at all talking about they new. So it’s 2 days before Thanksgiving and here I am thinking I had a stress off my mind but now I have to go find a Turkey for 20 people. I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. They wouldn’t honor the online discount they said corporate be doing they own thing allowing people to reserve food they don’t have and putting up promotions without telling them. You will have get my business or anyone I know business again I promise. I feel so cheated ♂️

Went in for thanksgiving to get some ham and turkey, they screwed up my order and gave me half my food for a big thanksgiving dinner. Honestly didn’t upset me that much, I called in and told them. They took my card info and said they’d refund my 70 bucks.. not only did I never get my refund, my card info was stolen two days later. They can keep my 70 bucks I’ll never go back to that location

I can’t say better things about the experience I had at this honey baked ham. The sawmill location gave us the wrong ham (jipped us almost 3lbs) and we were already almost to Easter dinner 45 min away when we noticed the mistake. I went into this location and the wonderful worker/manager was courteous and understanding. So thankful for her generosity!
