I arrived at this location today at 2:20pm and left at 2:45pm. There was only 1 other customer in the store besides me. She stated that she had been there for 35 minutes waiting for her order. I ordered a sandwich with broccoli salad and a coke. There appeared to be 3 people working in the store. I’m not sure why it took almost 30 minutes for me to get my meal but this is unacceptable! They forgot to give me my coke and broccoli salad until I asked for it. I’ve been here multiple times in the past and have never waited this long. I hope that today was a fluke, maybe new staff,but they really need to tighten things up. People don’t have time to wait like this for simple orders.

Seems like a clean place with good service. Menu is disappointing tho, I paid $12 for a lunch that somehow didn’t come with any drink. Take a look at the prices on their stuff in the freezer if you need a good laugh.

During this Easter weekend everyone knows Honey Baked Ham is extremely busy. All the staff is really nice in the past Bob has been great. Today James was so helpful and efficient with his customer service, I would recommend this location for sure.
